Hi, I'm Eugene.
I started GreenLine Cleaning in 2020 because I saw people get let down too often. You hire someone, you hope for the best, and "the best" doesn't always show up.
Before this, I spent years in sales and customer service, which taught me something simple: people don't just want a job done; they want to trust the person doing it. So that's what I decided to build GreenLine around.
We're local, based right here in North Vancouver, not a franchise, nor a stranger's voice on a call center line.
We're WorkSafeBC registered, and every job we do is backed by our 24-hour guarantee. That's the whole point, so when you invite us to your home or hand us the key to your office, you already know it's handled.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you charge by the hour or a flat rate?
Our standard charges are $45 per person, per hour for house cleaning and move-in/move-out cleaning.
For office cleaning and other jobs including strata, we do an assessment and provide you a custom quote based on the space.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
You don’t need to be. If you're heading out, just leave us a way in, we'll handle it. If you're home, that works with us too. We'll just work around you and stay out of your way as much as possible.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?
Yes, we do bring our own supplies including cleaning liquids, vaccum cleaner, and others. However, if you would like us to use your supplies, you can let us know and our cleaners will use those.
Do I have to sign a contract for recurring cleaning?
Typically, there is no contract for residential cleaning work.
But for commercial cleaning services, we prefer to have contracts in place for at least 6 months.
Are your cleaners background-checked?
Yes, every cleaner that works at GreenLine Cleaning goes through an interview and screening process before joining.
Once they are hired, we then train them on our standards and work alongside an experienced cleaner before going out on their own. This helps us ensure a high-quality cleaning job done right the first time.
What's your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
If you let us know 24 hours in advance, then there is no cancellation or rescheduling fee.
But in case it is after that, we charge 50% of the entire job value for our opportunity cost of another job.
Having said that, we understand sometimes things come up at the last minute, and if it is an emergency, we are pretty flexible.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, cheque, Visa, MasterCard, and e-transfer.
What happens if something gets damaged during a clean?
Our cleaners are usually very careful while doing their job to ensure they do not break anything. But we know that sometimes accidents happen.
We are insured with a liability coverage of $5,000,000. So in the worst case, if something gets damaged from our end, we can get it covered in our insurance.
